At Karmik Learners School, we strive to provide the best possible service to our valued clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure that your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free.

Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final. Once a report, reading, or any other digital service has been delivered, refunds are not possible. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before completing the purchase.
  • Consultations: If you are unsatisfied with your consultation or reading, please contact us within 24 hours of the session. We will do our best to address your concerns. Refunds for consultations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Scheduled Sessions: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • Missed Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered used, and no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or to cancel a service, please contact our customer support team at karmiklearnersschool@gmail.com. Include your order number, the service purchased, and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
